I have almost 4 years of tourism and travel sales experience. In my last position as Tour Hostess at Mediterranean Cruise Ship, I was responsible for advice of shore visits and main highlights of the ports of call on board MSC cruise ships (cruises in South America, Mediterranean and crossing to Asia), with the goal of selling tours organized by the Company together with local tour operators; Reaching the Company goals in terms of revenue and customers satisfaction; Redacting internal Reports for the overview of sales and service delivery; Sharing information related to guests purchases and feedbacks with the intranet system “Fidelio”; Handling eventual complaints from guests on board, aiming to find a fast and satisfying solution of the problem, keeping guests loyalty; In charge, together with the fellow colleagues, of the dispatch of guests from a given meeting point on board to the assigned excursion bus and guide; In charge of checking the quality of the service by taking part in the excursions together with guests and planning spot checks in the most delicate stops of the visits.

As for my working policy, I always give priority to delivering a satisfying customer service to guests, aiming to provide a rapid and satisfying solution to any issue that may occur day-by-day.
